Fore of the armrest there is a plastic cap, the removal of which
reveals a crank gear.
At Pep Boys, in the "HELP!" section, find a window crank, take it home
and pop it over the gear and you're all set.
However, do not take this advice unless you want your interior to
start looking like a 60's muscle car.
I am actually waiting to hear what can be done because my window
motors are getting tired too.

side window has been struggling recently, and finally it got
stuck in the down position. The passenger side window is also slow,
but
works so far. Is there some maintenance that I have overlooked to
keep the
windows rolling? I am not looking forward to it, but will probably be
taking at least one door apart next weekend.
