[DeTomaso] 2014 POCA Fun Rally - Chapter Raffle Donations

I have read the message several times and tried to find out where the 
Fun Rally is hold this year. I googled "town and country inn" and got a 
zillion answers all over the world.
So, my simple question is: Where is the Fun rally this year?
