[DeTomaso] Restoration Planning - Need your input

Hey, knock yourselves out.  I'll take any and all input.  I've got a ton of
save emails over the years to sift through to capture other things I want to
do.  Not going for any radical mods.  Body will remain as original, but it
will be stiffer, brake better, handle better, and move a bit into the 21st
century in the interior.
