[DeTomaso] Steering wheel wobble

Folks,
Steering wheel vibrates/wobbles at over 20 mph.  Faster you go faster the wobble.   Can really feel it when you have slight pressure as you pull right or left on wheel.  Extenuates the wobble.   Tires are perfectly balanced.   Steering rack rebuilt years ago.  
Any suggestions?
