Dan,

Having the injectors in the optimum location (aimed directly at the intake
valve) doesn't necessarily require notching the deckled and cutting the
engine screen. 

I'm using IPSCO's low profile throttle bodies with IPSCO's injector blocks
on one of Kelly C.'s manifolds. I also have a 9.5" tall block but with low
profile air cleaners, it all fits below the stock, unmodified decklid . . .
barely.
