There you go! If that's were the original designers felt the air for the
intake should come from it's good enough for me!
This NACA duct available from summit for a mere $14.95 at the end of a
duct (or two ducts if you used the spectre air box / air filter with two
intakes could have one NACA duct mounted at the end of each "snorkel" duct
mounted parallel to the ground right at the bottom of the fire wall. The
NACA ducts draw in air without the need to create any drag. NACA is the
predecessor to NASA and you can recognize the NACA ducts from numerous
early jets and many sports cars (particularly Ferrari's (like F-40's) a NACA
duct placed parallel to the air flow will draw in air with out creating any
