 FWIW, original magnesium Campy wheels have steel inserts cast in place where the studs go thru them, to provide a seat for the lug nuts. The next size larger studs (Porsche 911) will clear the inset holes (barely) but whoever installs big studs better be really careful in drilling the Pantera hubs and axles. And the non-stock studs will need some (OK, a LOT) of rework to clear the brake rotors in back. The front hubs may be a little easier.
