Supposedly, yes.
But nobody measures the sound level, to my knowledge, and many in CVAR and
SCCA do not have mufflers on their cars yet when they run at TWS.

Bottom line: No.

   Who plans to attend the TWS Track Event with their Pantera and actually
   drive on the 2.9 mile course (besides the lunchtime touring, of

   If your Pantera is broken or otherwise going to be MIA, propose your
   'backup car'.
