[DeTomaso] Throttle Cable Problem

I ordered one a while ago, and on the carb end, there was a long, solid metal piece which wouldn't work with my high-rise manifold, so I reversed it and modified it to work with the long, metal end at the pedal.

Unless you happen to have a high manifold like an air-gap, particularly
with a long heat-shield.
