[DeTomaso] NPC racing safety has come a long way

When driving '60s open wheel Formula cars and told by the FIA they needed a roll hoop, Stirling Moss once said, 'Cant be done- there's nothing in there solid enough to fasten a roll hoop onto. They're a box of matches with wheels!'  (They bolted a small hoop to the SBF's cylinder heads).
