Dear Chuck,


                 Well, that is the most promising story of the Pantera's
Second Coming.   Good news: ATS seems to have the street and business and
historical credentials to pull this off.   Financial?   

                    Good news: performance on paper is satisfactory.


                   Bad news: while the styling is good, it is not quite up
to Tjaarda standards in my opinion.  Good, but not stunning.

                   Bad news: motivation is by another modern small turbo
charged unit.   Good enough for paper performance, but not stunning.


                    Bad news: we're a difficult bunch to please with the
Pantera's Second Coming

                  Good news:  it might be a home run to a bunch of those
Millenials we were recently discussing on the Forum.
