ALL of the usual Pantera parts vendors rebuild steering racks if you bring 
them your car. Most are local to S. CA and all do mail-order. Some have an 
exchange program where you bring your rack in and they hand you a rebuilt 
assembly ready to go. 
But a 'rebuilt' rack means different things to different people. The right 
side support bushing ordinarily needs replacement with bronze, and often the 
boots and the boot clamps need replacing. Some shops also replace the 
pinion gear seal and a few will adjust the pinion shimming for wear. 
Total teardown to find cracked or missing springs in the end of the rack 
gear or chipped rack-teeth, plus adjusting the steering rod spring tension is 
done by a few shops. Filling the rebuilt assembly with the proper amount of 
90-wt gear oil is the last step. If the boots, clamps and seals are good, 
the assembly should not leak a drop on your way home for installation. They 
also ordinarily stock replacement tie rod ends. Call around. Good luck- J
