[DeTomaso] starter electrical system problem

This is standard procedure for the 1/4 mile boys with very high compression.
It's not necessarily that they won't crank, but they rip teeth out of 
flexplates and other neat stuff.

And yes, it's simply the cylinder firing with and the piston headed 
upwards because of initial advance.
Hey! - we could re-invent the spark-retard lever.
