If you're feeling a little adventuresome, you could try to coordinate
enough people to charter your own jet. Contact Kalitta Air ( he owns like
24   747's) , as in Connie Kalitta, and get a quote. If you fill up the
plane, maybe you could make yourself a sweet deal.
