Dear Michael,

I am impressed by your research and the LED technology. I had
no idea this option existed, nor that it was so expensive! If it weren't
for other expenses (engine builds){leaking gas tank} [etc], then I would
join the group buy. My compliments on the project.

                      Warmest regards, Chuck Engles

I have concluded my research on replacement headlights.
If I can secure a group buy for 12 sets, the cost will be
$750 per car, this is about $150 off. They come in chrome or black, are
direct replacements with the same plug, draw considerably fewer amps, will
last 10,000 hours, are brighter, use white light, and have a lexan ( not
breakable glass) lens.

While I know that many of you have the Vader lights, those are more
expensive, require door raising modifications and wiring considerations.
These are cheaper, more durable, brighter, whiter, and can be installed in
10 minutes.

I have photos and specs if anybody is interested, let me know.

I also looked at replaceable lamp projector type headlights and while a
little cheaper, they draw lots of amps and require wiring mods. IMHO not
worth the marginal difference vs expense.

Thanks,

Michael Shortt
