[DeTomaso] positive ground ?

Gray,
In all seriousness, I think you should call Petronix and find out. I
don't think you can use it, at all. Due to the way certain electrical
components work internally, you can't just swap the leads. The positive
lead is looking for positive voltage and the ground lead is looking for
the null voltage potential in relation to the positive lead.

Someone like SOBill will be able to more accurately answer your
question. But if it was me, I'd call their tech support line and
explain what I did and see if they say I should exchange it for the
proper one, if there is such a thing.

It never dawned on me when I ordered it that like most British cars of the day it is a positive ground system. So the question is how do I hook this thing up? Do I just reverse the wires on the coil (red wire to - black wire to +)? or install as per the instructions? Or throw in the towel and stick to the points?
