[DeTomaso] NPC - sortof Finding POCA Chapters

Pantera Club of Northern California, I believe (PCNC). Oh you'll get
plenty of responses, I think they are the largest chapter in POCA. If I
recall, they were around -before- POCA. Just stand by for the replies.
