What kind of camshaft do you have?

Obvious things are vacuum leak ( brake booster and misc lines ) , sticky
throttle spring, sticky valve spring, ignition and if engine piston rings
are worn, it will create less manifold pressure as it gets warmer and
warmer.

A performance cam will make less vacuum by nature.
