[DeTomaso] Squeaky suspension

If your Pantera was modified from stock and has aftermarket polyurethane 
a-arm bushings or polyurethane swaybar bushings, they will often squeek if not 
lubed now & then. Stock in both places was rubber which doesn't squeek. 
Another place is the bottom of the rear shocks; the stock rubber bushings 
collapse over time, allowing the wt of the car to sag the shock(s) enough so 
the steel body will contact the a-arm mounting bracket. Metal to metal will 
squeek. Look for shiny metal areas.
And any number of loose suspension bolts or worn ball joints/tie rod ends 
may cause a squeek. Time to put the car up on jackstands, slide underneath 
and start trying to move things with your hands or even a pry bar.   Good
