How about taking a small dermal and make a slot in the head, then maybe a flat screw driver will work? A left handed screw driver! OR...maybe get a real Blender! LOL Hell, after a couple of hundred pitchers of Margarita's you should be a Pro! 
 
That said...get it fixed and we'll all be by for a Margarita!

Does anyone know what kind of tool I need to remove this screw? My trusty Margaritaville machine after many hundreds if pitchers has done broke. These screws are stopping me from getting inside,
