Regarding the fuel cell, I would have thought a car capable of very high speeds would want to have effective venting of the radiator through the hood (like just about every serious mid engine race car), or an air dam nearly scraping the ground.  I never liked the massive air dams a whole lot, so the venting through the hood seems better?  The fuel cell in the photo would appear to prevent effective venting of the entire radiator through the hood.
