[DeTomaso] Pantera Wheels on Early Mustang?

I lost a wheel bearing on my 71 Caddy out west in the desert, as a kid. To
this day I still feel the wheels when I stop on long trips to see if they
are getting too hot.

Evidently "once bitten" has no time limitation.

Robert, I saw that at an Autocross when I was in college.

Since then, I torque lugnuts at stoplights for fun and piece of mind.

Speaking from experience If the studs are kinda short and maybe you forget
to tighten them - you get to see your wheel passing you at 80 miles an hour.
That's when the fun begins

Thanks to all that responded.

I have longer studs on the front of the car and will try out a set of 8s on
the back to see how they fit.

So I need a set of spare wheels for my '66...

I love lightweight items and thought of the 15x8 Pantera wheel.

I know they bolt up.

Does anyone have pictures of an early Mustang with them installed?

Thanks,
LS
