You wrote "What is the little red thing on the right front fender, I first
thought it was a turn signal but there isn't one on the left side?"

 

It's a battery disconnect switch; Flaming River Part No.: FR1013. It's kind
of a Ring Brothers trademark, just like the battery charging ports in the RH
duct in the front spoiler.
