Asa,

In taking your advise, because I can never miss out on cheap, I 
purchased one also.  I think with an additional purchase of:

You will find the scope easier to use.  I is a three mirror set that 
affixes to the end of the borescope and provides mirrors at 3 different 
angles to deflect the lens and LED light.
