[DeTomaso] Damper suggestion

Is this the same as the Romac brand balancer? That is also Australian wand recommended by a few 351C sources.

For reasons unknown to me, it is sometimes much more expensive if you buy it with the Powerbond name (as I did) through retail channels.   Both are on E-bay at the moment:

Summit used to carry the Pioneer version but I don't see it there anymore?
