[DeTomaso] NPC Gone in 60 Seconds Mustang

I think North Carolina will have to find a new abbreviation.  Maybe
Nor-Cal?  People will understand we dropped the "R" to save space in our
digital world.  North Carolina is smaller than NC so we must defer to the
younger state.
