If the heads have hardened valve seats, did the exhaust valve seat on #8 come apart?

Gang,
Some of you may have heard that my engine met its end at the Fun Rally this
year.  We pulled the engine and did a post mortem on it this weekend.  Did
anybody lose any debris?  Because I think my engine may have found it!  Here
