Tom,

As I mentioned in an earlier email, the pic of your condenser appears to indicate that it has a high fin density 
(lots of fins per inch).  This may not allow enough air to be pulled through the condenser with the fan that you
have.

FWIW, here is a link to the manufacturer of you condenser.  There is a short video of the making of the tube 
and fins.  It would appear from the video that your condenser is a serpentine type.
