Tom,

Scott is correct about Pressure-Volume-Temperature. Your condenser is not removing the increased temp caused by the higher rpm compressor compressed freon heat. Sounds like your cool air is only happening at low compressor speeds.The only real test are gauge readings based on rpm and cooler fan blow. Parallel condensers are great but very carefully designed i/d diameters on hose and condensers are very important so you don't create a minor expansion valve because of your engineered restriction. 

Keep in mind that you have to remove more heat than you are creating.

Put gauges on the car and drive it. Your pressures should be about 30+-/260+- [ ratio should be about 1:9 ] with both pressures reducing as speed increases. If not then you are not removing heat, have a flow restriction or too much freon.
And then just put on a high flow electric fan to retest, the original could not blow dust off the ground.
Be cool or original.
