CASH is a warning sign.

You never know what you are about to be a part of, from simple money
laundering to helping drug cartels, terrorists, etc.

If they can't accept a wire or send a wire, RUN.

I walked away from 21 million in Swiss Francs last month in Rome in cash
for the same reason as an investment for American Films
there is no way to get it home anyway, all banks have signed the 2007
banking accord, even Switzerland, Monaco, Lichtenstein and the Cayman
Islands.
In Italy, you can't even deposit more than 1,000 Euros in your own bank
account in cash in one day.
and most of these countries will not open an account for an American unless
the funds are wired in from an American bank.
Even the casinos are getting picky where the money comes from that they
take from you.
