[DeTomaso] Seat railing(s)

Chris:
Is that "T" piece exist on the railing with the adjustment bar? I see it on the opposite railing. I have no spacers. The bottom track in ON THE BOTTOM of the car. Do these spacers go between the bottom railing and the bottom of the car (inside on the floor directly)?
