[DeTomaso] Pantera for sale in Chapel Hill, North Carolina

Hey All:

There is a red Pantera that just popped up on Ebay in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Any one know any thing about the car or near by enough to do a looksy? THe car is advertised to have only 16 K. Is it common place now to paint the rear valence up to the tail lights black? I have seen a dozen cars of late that have been painted in this fashion.
