[DeTomaso] Pantera with Automatic on ebay?

After my last post suggesting someone confront the seller about the trans
axle, I wrote a question to the seller asking him to clarify the
trannyquestion. I said "The trans axle is not the correct model for
this car (a
ZF-2) And it looked like an automatic. "
I also mentioned that anyone considering buying a Pantera would certainly
want to know if this car was an automatic and since it appeared that the
half shafts were not installed (completely) I asked him if the car had ever
been driven in this configuration and did he in fact know whether it would
actually be drivable?
He didn't answer my questions . I believe another list member also wrote
to the seller in regard to the same question. I don't know if this played
any part in the seller pulling the listing.
