On removing the undercoating without a rotisserie:
my 74 GTS had been throughly Ziebart undercoated everywhere.  I spent months (just a few hours a week though) on my back, wearing a hair net and goggles and a mask, with a wire wheel on a grinding too, ripping away the undercoating.  it came off in little rubber balls, that went EVERYWHERE.  And if I went to fast, it heated up and started to melt, making molasses out of everything but not coming off.  My walls were coated with the stuff.  The first time I worked on it, i did not wear a hair net and my scalp was full of little rubber bb's.  that WAS pretty bad.  Windshield was more acutely painful and frustrating, though in my opinion.
