Sold for $36.5k?
With stock Pre Ls going for over $60k now, this is really something.
Paul Rimov's recent post about values is correct...the ebay GTS is already at $28k in what appears to be project condition.
This car would've been $10k just a few years ago.

this conversion yourself, is if you really, really want it, and plan to keep
it forever, and are not concerned about money spent vs. resale value.
If you are shopping for a Pantera and want a widebody car, you're much
better off buying one that has already been done, like this car--at least from a
financial perspective....
