[DeTomaso] shifter u joints- Part Numbers and Sizes

Yes.  One by the shifter, one where the engine and bell housing meet, and
at the very back where the linkage attached to the trans.

BTW, I have Quella's conversion.  I haven't driven it with this linkage,
though, so I can't comment on the feel.
