FWIW, if your Pantera is running the desirable 2 degree nose-low rake for 
high speed handling improvement, the curved surface ahead of the welds will 
then become the low spot (on both sides if the car is level across the front, 
or in one corner if its not.) A subsequent slow radiator leak will collect 
coolant in the low area and is difficult to see in there especially with an 
air dam mounted.... Just something else to check. Cheers- J Deryke
