It appears to be more of an SVO style block.  It has 351C main diameter
and an optional 351C 9.2" deck height but the block is Windsor based and
uses a 351W oil pan (must be an aftermarket pan which is clearanced
specifically for the block), oil pump, timing cover, timing chain, has
Windsor end seals (351C intakes won't work without modification), requires
special length head bolts/studs (for use with 351C heads), etc.
