I will go further out on a limb.

This unknown car slowly traverses low amplitude train tracks, yet you can hear the broken/loose shock top mounts allowing much vertical movement so it will be a light weight car with antiquated suspension. Yet the heavy clunks would indicate the  top suspension parts are loose in a subframe or the lowers on the axle mounts, not a body.

The driver does not feel good about truly getting on the power, as shown by the "I am worried about breaking something or  this car is hard to shift so I will short shift first gear", so we have a breaker and must be careful. So I guess 1966 to 1977.

At second 7 the quick engine rev up indicates vacuum/sliding piston carbs or a 450 +- cfm 2 barrel.

Long times between shifts indicate a cast iron four speed and a long throw or weak clutch pedal function.

Low amount of rear body dive/dip rules out the TR-6.

At second 15, the dramatic on/off sounds are so English or Ford.

The exhaust sound of second 14 to 21 wfo indicates whooshing of maybe two small diameter exhaust pipes with weak/blownout mufflers yet a large enough engine because of the throat noise, fine acceleration and no exhaust smoke.

The slowing down shows low brake dive and again no down shifting would indicate that shifting difficulty again.

So I guess a Mustang 289, TVR, modified TR-8 or Jenson V8.

Extra pickles, please.
