Dear Steve,

Apparently, it *does not* take a brain surgeon to figure it
out...

                             Warmest regards, Chuck Engles

So does that mean it does or doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure it out?

Dear Mike and Bill and Forum,

I think that these are all excellent suggestions, particularly the limo and
the back seat options. This subject does strike close to home for me and
gives pause to a comedy moment.

On August 10, I was discharged from the Heart Hospital after a coronary
artery bypass. I was discharged by my friend the heart surgeon, my friend
his nurse Keri, and the platoon of other cardiology doctor and nurse
friends. They handed me over to my dear wife and I was placed in the front
passenger seat holding a large flower arrangement in a water- filled large
glass container directly in front of the passenger air bag. NOBODY told ME
it was dangerous. Either the risk is overblown or my cardiology friends have
a lot of cleverly hidden envy of neurosurgeons. They placed me in front of
the airbag while holding a lethal large glass container for the dramatic
trip home while smiling and waving. Oh, well. Ignorance is bliss.
They apparently liked Bill's wife better than me. Sigh.

As my stepfather's father told him on the Oklahoma frontier: "As long as
nothing happens, there's no danger." I have found those to be words to live
by and summarize complicated situations.

Mr. Safety, Chuck Engles

At the risk of asking the obvious....

...why not just put her in the BACK seat?
