[DeTomaso] GR4 lenses

The Gr4 lights are Alfa Romeo 1750 Berlina, the "normal" ones are 2000
Berlina.

FYI - the source cars for the tail lights is the Alfa Berlina. The so
called Group 4 lights are actually French market lights
