It is not too bad of a car from what i can see in the pictures.Not much in the way of a detailed description.

Paint the rocker panels,the front and rear on the body line black,die the seats and door panels black and it would look pretty good.

One really important thing though is change the wheels.Those rims appear to be Centerline Auto drags.That is strictly a drag race,very light duty street wheel.They do not last long if you do any aggressive driving with turns.

Is it worth what the ad is asking?Not enough information to make a rational decision.Just my 2 cents.
