[DeTomaso] NPC? Why do people black out license plate numbers in photos on Internet?

Same thing in Texas - years ago you could call them on the phone and get the owner's name and address of any license plate.  Not any more.  Maybe it's a good thing!  The world has changed so.    --BILL Lewis
