[DeTomaso] White Face Gages

I am in the process of planning out my interior redo, and am considering
going to white faced gages.  I know there are some sets offered by the
vendors that replace the smaller gages, and then simply put a new face on
the speedo and tach.  What are the other options, and what have been some of
your lessons learned on this?
