How many amps would the stock wiring handle in a Pantera for the radiator
fan? Would it handle 32+ amps?

No, the stock wiring will not handle that much current without melting the insulation.  You would need 
a #8 (8 AWG) wire. 

If you used a #10 (10 AWG) wire, at 32 amps the estimated voltage drop would be 1.6 volts, and the 
wire temp would be 72*C / 162*F.
