[DeTomaso] Fun Rally Track Event Survey Corrected

I'm sitting here reading all these comments about how far it is from "here" to "there," and thinking about them. A group of us drove from Houston to Phoenix, with only a couple of minor problems, but I was remembering the comment that Michael said about using a transporter. Then I started mentally picturing that: what if we co-ordinated a transport (or two) and did NOT fly, how would we get there: Bunkbed systems in the transporter? A special built bus with sleeping compartments - didn't Willie Nelson's recently sell at auction! Ah, but then the problem surfaces that the Navy has - what do you do with women on the ship (caravan)? -----So, thinking cap time fellas - let's figure this out. ____ IT IS THE "JOURNEY" AS WELL AS THE "DESTINATION!"____ -------BILL Lewis

I've never participated in a track event, however.
