[DeTomaso] Dumb Techno Question: Timing specs for stroker 351Windsor

Dear Forum,

 

 

                          Alex and I are struggling to try to get his
Pantera ready for a five hundred mile drive to Houston.  The engine is a 427
ci stroker Windsor with an aggressive hydraulic roller cam and alleged dyno
test of 600 hp.   Anybody have some guidelines or better recommendations for
initial timing and full advance?
