Well as usual Asa Jay is spot-on his evauation of your cooling system. The only thing I would add is that you might want to have a American size top put on your swirl tank like he did, and increase the cap pressure to 15-18 lbs. The reason for this is that when you are on the highway , you are building a fire in the engine so to speak, the higher the pressure cap you can run within reason of course raises the boiling point of the coolant, and while the air being forced through the radiator, plus your fans is enough to get rid of the temps you are producing on the highway , they are not up to the challenge by themselves in stop and go traffic. Cooling systems are kind of a mystery to most people. But it is like anything else, it takes the entire combination of things, working in harmony together, to produce a good result. It is very seldom that it is only one thing as you can witness from Asa's pics.
