If you can get enough room underneath the car, center punch the end  of the 
bolt ( doesn't need to be super precise on center) drill with a small  
drill to get a hole started and then switch to a larger drill. Since the  drills 
are turning clockwise from below the car, they should rather unscrew  the 
bolt that cut the bolt's metal.
