It's not the most expensive car , it;s the most expensive car *SOLD AT
AUCTION, there have been many cars sold for more money  but they were sold
in private transactions, for example "*The current record for the world's
most expensive car belongs to a 1938 Bugatti 57SCAtlantic sold in 2010 for
somewhere between $30 million and $40 million. "
